	1. Were you able to connect to and locate the network labeled &amp;quot;SHP WiFi&amp;quot; , if so proceed to step 2, if not please submit a ticket or stop by the IT/IS Dept Offices&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;2. Did you open a web browser, preferably Internet Explorer or Firefox? Enter an HTTP address and it can take up to 5-10 secs for the authentication redirect to load.&amp;nbsp; If you were able to reach the login page proceed to step 3, if you did not reach the authentication page please submit a ticket or stop by the IT/IS Dept Offices.&lt;br /&gt;

	&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;3. Were you entering your school provided username/password? Remember your email address is not your username, your username is the actual account name before the @ symbol.&amp;nbsp; If so please proceed to step 4.
