1. Were you able to connect to and locate the network labeled "SHP WiFi" , if so proceed to step 2, if not please submit a ticket or stop by the IT/IS Dept Offices


2. Did you open a web browser, preferably Internet Explorer or Firefox? Enter an HTTP address and it can take up to 5-10 secs for the authentication redirect to load.  If you were able to reach the login page proceed to step 3, if you did not reach the authentication page please submit a ticket or stop by the IT/IS Dept Offices.

3. Were you entering your school provided username/password? Remember your email address is not your username, your username is the actual account name before the @ symbol.  If so please proceed to step 4. If you were not able to login please submit a ticket or stop by the IT/IS Dept Offices.

4. There is a bug noticed within other browsers it will not redirect to a web page after login by displaying a auth code message. You have authenicated and are now able to connect even though you didnt recieve a "successsful message"
